When will I be billed and when will I receive my Best Box?

When subscribing your first payment will be taken on that day, your next payment will then be due on the 1st of every month. If you subscribe after the 20th of the month you will receive the following months box to Avoid Double-Charging. (For Example: Placing an order 20th September, means you will receive October's box) All boxes are dispatched on the 11th of each month, aiming to reach you by the 15th to the 20th. 

What currency will I be billed in?

You will be billed in British Pounds as we are a UK Business.

How many treats do you get inside a The Best Box?

We aim to make sure each box has around 6-8 Bags of treats, all may vary in quantity and weight and differ month to month.

How many items do I get in my box?

You wiill receive between 8-10 items, each month the box will vary.

Can my box be altered to reach specific requirements?

Yes. If there is something in a box that your dog can not have or doesn’t like, please let us know in advance and we will be able to change these.

Can you cancel the subscription at anytime?

Yes. You should have registered an account when setting up your subscription you will now be able to log into your account and cancel your subscription at any time. Customers are welcome to email us for support in doing this if needed.

Can you skip months?

Yes! All you need to do it log into your account and click 'Delivery schedule' It will show you the next two months. Simply click 'Skip' on the month you wish to miss and you will not be billed for that month. 

How do I change my address?

If you have a registered account with us you will be able to sign in and update your details. If you are unable to do so please send us an email and we will be happy to support.

How do I update my dedit card?

If you have a registered account with us, you will be able to sign in and update your details there. If you are unable to do so please send an email to thebestboxuk@gmail.com  and we will be happy to support.

What kind of treats and toys go inside a The Best Box?

We aim for most of our treats in the Best box to be 100% natural. The box also contains biscuit treats and chew type treats also. Each box will contain one or more toy/toys depending on the month. If you want a box with tougher toys, you may want to subscribe to our Extreme Box where by you receive 1 Kong Branded toy.

Are the treats suitable for smaller dogs or puppies?

Yes, most of our treats can be broken down into pieces and given to puppies. However not all treats are suitable for puppies. We also have ‘The Puppy Box’ for ages 2-4 months old,  to ensure that if you do have a young puppy, all the treats included in that box will be age appropriate. All treats will state on  the description of the product what age it is suitable from.  Our original Best Box subscription is for 4 months and onwards.

My dog has allergies will the treats be ok?

Most of our treats are 100% natural and ingredients within our natural treats are very little. However,  If you know your dog has allergies , please check each description specific to the product as stated on the website.

I have more than one dog, will the treats inside one box be enough?

The answer to this is Yes, there is plenty of treats to go around! For how long the box will last with more than one dog all depends on how many treats you are giving your dog.

How much does a Best box weight?

The Best Box weight can differ each month depending on toy and treats each month, usually between 1.4kg and 1.6kg.

Can I get a refund?

At the Best Box our customers are very important to us and we want to ensure that they are 100% happy with our product. If you are not 100% happy with the product received we encourage you get in touch via email and we will either fix the problem or raise a refund if needed.

I did not receive my Best Box ?

If you did not receive your Best box within the date specified please send us an email and we will look into this. Nine times out of ten this would be due to delays with the courier, each parcel we send can be tracked, so that we are able in investigate.
